Hey everyone! So happy that you are here and sharing your time with me.
Time is universal. What you choose to do with your time depends on what's important to you.
As for myself, I want to make the moments in my life have more meaning to myself and my loved ones.

I don't know about you, but sometimes I have days that seem to slip by with nothing accomplished.
Somehow I did NOTHING of real worth, and there goes another day I will never get back.
Making priorities and learning time management is a corner stone for building a firm foundation and taking control of your life.
While researching ways to be more efficient with my time, I stumbled upon the 'Pomodoro Technique.'
This time management technique has you set a timer, and work in 25 minute intervals. After being 100% focused for 25 mins on your task you take a quick break, and then start the whole process again.
As a fun game, I try to guess how many "pomodoros" it will take for me to finish my project. Most times I think, 'it's going to take ALL DAY to clean all the bathrooms in my house,' which makes me not want to do the chore at all, and then I'm procrastinating on my smart phone. Sound familiar?
When I broke down my time, kept focus for 25 mins at the task I was trying to accomplish, I learned that it took less time then I suspected. It only took me 20 mins to do all 4 of my bathrooms. WHO KNEW?! Then I had more FREE time for FUN!
I have learned that when you are aware of your time it is easier to keep track of it. What better way to get you started on your time management sojourn then WINNING $100 bucks to put toward your new Jord Watch!
