So excited about Kate Hudson's new book, "Pretty Happy ~ Healthy ways to love your body."
For years I have followed Kate Hudson on magazines, and have always admired her zest for life and how she stays in shape. When I was pregnant with my first child, Sahara, back in 2004, Kate happened to be pregnant too..and we both gained a lot of weight together...LOL!
For my first pregnancy I gained (drum roll) almost 70lbs! I am 5'3 and up to that point had always weighed about 120lbs without doing much { I know...I would hate me too ;) } Kate gained about that much with her son Rider.
